in Blackjack Guide

To win on Top Hat 21 you must beat the dealer. Both entities (you and the dealer) aim to accumulate a card value total close to, but not over, 21 points.

If this sounds easy then it is however be aware that if the value of your hand exceeds 21 then you lose.

In terms of placing a wager click the Bet 1 button to bet from 1 to 10 credits, then press the Play button to start the game. If you click the BET 1 button 10 times, the game will automatically start.

If you have enough credits, click the Bet Max button to bet 10 credits and automatically start the game. Or, just press the Play button right away to automatically rebet the same amount you bet the last game, and start the game.

Once the cards have been dealt, you can choose to Stand with the two cards that you have, or take a Hit, and receive an additional card.

You can continue to Hit until you decide to Stand, you bust (get a card total of more than 21), or you get a Six-Card Charlie (six cards that total 21 or less – pays the same as a Blackjack).

HIT - You request an additional card. You can continue to request additional cards until you decide to stand or until your card value total is 21

STAND – You request no further cards and play this hand against the Dealer’s hand.

SPLIT – If the first two cards in a hand are of the same value, you may click SPLIT to split your cards into two separate hands, which also places an additional bet equal to your initial main game bet.

DOUBLE DOWN – On the first two cards in a hand, you may click DOUBLE DOWN to automatically double your original main game bet and receive exactly one additional card. You may also Double Down on the first two cards of any split hand.
